Dr. Peter J. Margulis, Medical Director
Dr. Peter J. Margulis is a board-certified physician in Psychiatry and Addiction Medicine with nearly four decades of clinical experience. As Medical Director of Eastview Medical Psychiatry PLLC, doing business as Orlin Mental Health, he provides medical leadership and helps guide the practice's standards for safe, evidence-based psychiatric care.
In his role, Dr. Margulis supports Orlin's psychiatric providers through clinical consultation and contributes to practice-wide quality improvement and regulatory compliance. Each patient's care is managed by their treating clinician, with Dr. Margulis providing medical leadership and clinical consultation as appropriate.
Throughout his career in outpatient and hospital settings, Dr. Margulis has focused on comprehensive psychiatric evaluation and treatment for children, adolescents, and adults.
Chandni Chaudhry, PMHNP-BC

Chandni Chaudhry is a board-certified psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner dedicated to providing compassionate, evidence-based care for individuals managing OCD, anxiety, depression, PTSD, bipolar disorder, and other complex mental health conditions.
Chandni provides comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and personalized medication management tailored to each patient's unique symptoms, medical history, and recovery goals. She prioritizes collaborative care, working closely with therapists to ensure a seamless and integrated treatment experience. Chandni has a specialized clinical interest in women's mental health, including postpartum depression, PCOS, menopause, and major life transitions. Recognizing the unique challenges of demanding professional and academic environments, she offers a culturally responsive approach to care. She is fluent in English, Hindi, and Punjabi. Her practice is built on a foundation of clear communication, helping patients make informed decisions about their psychiatric care to achieve measurable, long-term well-being.

Ashley Juster-Kruse is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor who provides evidence-based therapy to children, adolescents, adults, and couples. She specializes in supporting individuals through challenges related to anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, grief, substance-use concerns, and major life transitions.
Ashley understands that the therapeutic relationship is the cornerstone of healing. She fosters a safe, nonjudgmental environment where patients can explore their thoughts and emotions effectively. Using a collaborative approach, she integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), motivational interviewing, mindfulness, and strengths-based techniques to help patients develop practical coping skills and break free from unhelpful patterns. Whether working with individuals or couples, Ashley’s goal is to ensure every patient feels heard, understood, and equipped with the personalized tools needed to navigate life’s challenges successfully.
